What to Expect
An All-Day Show
We do onsite cooking over Kingsford charcoal. We cook top quality meats from start to finish at your party site, over charcoals with hickory wood chips in all-weather situations. The roasting time provides opportunities for assisting in setting up the event.
Pig Education
We will invite you and your guests over to watch the Double D Crew hand pull the onsite roasted pig. Your guests will learn where the different pork cuts of meat come from and how it relates to the pork that you purchase at the store.
