Currently we have 4 pig roasters. Each pig roaster can cook up to a 200 lb. pig. We estimate 1lb of pig per person. We can serve up to 800 people   with 4 pig roasters. We also have access to other grills that will allow DD PIG ROAST to prepare up to 3000 people at an event.
